Babikian Healthcare Products (BHP CJSC) is a manufacturer specializing in the production of high-quality medical-grade hand sanitizers, multi-purpose sanitizing products, and anti-bacterial hand cleaning solutions for healthcare and commercial sectors. We are currently looking for an ambitious marketing specialist who is talented, self-motivated, and willing to work in a start-up environment.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the organization’s marketing strategy.
• Help execute marketing strategies to promote our products across different target markets and industries.
• Conduct market research and research competitors’ products and pricing
• Coordinate with the Social Media Marketing team to develop engaging marketing content for various products and customers.
• Create marketing materials for our website and other marketing platforms.
• Support the marketing team with marketing activities in various areas, including advertising, social media, direct marketing, and event planning.
• Help and coordinate participation in trade shows, and conferences to showcase our products and build strong relationships with potential clients.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide them with marketing materials and support their efforts to reach potential customers.
• Prepare marketing results report.
• Perform other duties when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration with emphasis in Marketing.
• At least one year of direct work experience in Marketing.
• Ability to think and react strategically.
• Internet and social media․
• Strong verbal and written communication skills․
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Good knowledge of Armenian, English, and Russian languages.
